Abstract:Our study of magnetization switching in crystalline (Ga,Mn)(As,P) ferromagnetic semiconductor (FMS) film by spin-orbit torque (SOT) has revealed an unexpected increase in critical switching current as the in-plane magnetic bias field is increased beyond a certain point.
