Der Gebrauchstest als Prüfmethode bei der Beurteilung von Plasten im Lebensmittelverkehr

Abstract: Ausgehend von der Forderung, daß Plastformstoffe die mit ihnen in Berührung kommenden Lebensmittel nicht nachteilig beeinflussen dürfen, wird der Versuch unternommen, ein einheitliches Untersuchungsschema zu schaffen, das im wesentlichen die Prüfungen enthält, die ein Erkennen dieser voraussichtlichen Beeinflussung (Geruch, Geschmack, Gesamtmigration, Einzelmigration) gestatten.
