Abstract: ZusammenfassungDer Begriff „Megaureter“ ist eine rein deskriptive Bezeichnung einer Reihe von Krankheitsentitäten. Entscheidend ist, ob der Megaureter primär oder sekundär auftritt oder ob er obstruktiv und/oder refluxiv ist. Häufig liegt eine primäre Obstruktion im Bereich des ureterovesikalen Übergangs vor.
