Dermal Matrix for Intraoral Lining Following Composite Mandibular Defect Reconstruction With Chimeric Fibular Osseocutaneous Flap

Abstract: Integra was safely used as an alternative for intraoral lining, in composite mandibular reconstruction, downgrading reconstructive demands and offering optimal functional results.
