Abstract

We reported a case of trichilemmal carcinoma with a massive ulcer on the cheek of a 71-year-old woman and provided the results of pathological examination or immunohistochemistry. The discussion section elaborates on the clinical and pathological characteristics of trichilemmal carcinoma, differential diagnosis, treatment methods, and prognosis.
