Dermoscopic characterization of zoon balanitis: First case series from Asia

Abstract: Zoon balanitis is a rare chronic inflammatory dermatosis involving genitalia. It is often misdiagnosed or diagnosed late leading to significant patient distress. Dermoscopy can act as a useful modality in prompt diagnosis of zoon balanitis. Herein, we report dermoscopic findings in twelve lesions of zoon balanitis in seven patients.
