Dermoscopy can be useful in differentiating scalp psoriasis from seborrhoeic dermatitis

Abstract: Our study shows that the investigation of vascular patterns by using dermoscopy can be valuable for the clinical diagnosis and differentiation of scalp psoriasis and seborrhoeic dermatitis.
