Descripción de Trappea darkeri (Trappeaceae: Hysterangiales) de México

Abstract: Resumen. Se describe Trappea darkeri para México, esta especie presenta una distribución en el hemisferio norte en altitudes elevadas; los ejemplares recolectados y estudiados provienen de los estados de Coahuila, Tlaxcala y Michoacán, el presente registro se convierte en la distribución más austral conocida para la especie.Palabras clave: trufas, pseudotrufas, hongos hipogeos.

“…Hypogeous fungi in Mexico have been scarcely studied compared to epigeous fungi; however, from the 2000s, new species have been regularly described, mainly from temperate forests ( Guevara-Guerrero et al 2014 ; Gómez-Reyes et al 2018 ).
