Design and Analysis of a Novel 6-DOF Lorentzian Pointing Platform for Mass Transfer

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of mass transfer, a novel magnetic levitation platform is invented. A three-degree-freedom Lorentz bearing is used to realize 6-degree-freedom. The structure and work principle of the three-degree-freedom Lorentz bearing are introduced. A novel circular Halbach array planar motor is used to achieve axial and radial movement.
