Under the influence of artificial intelligence, education is undergoing a profound innovation. On the basis of expounding the important position of artificial intelligence in the field of computer, this paper studies the modeling method of college comprehensive teaching mode based on artificial intelligence. This paper analyzes the feasibility of applying the task driven method to the teaching of artificial intelligence course based on the teaching objectives of artificial intelligence course and the characteristics and steps of task driven teaching method. This paper proposes a task driven teaching model of artificial intelligence. Then, this paper explores the specific shift process of instructional design paradigm under the background of artificial intelligence. In the pre intelligence stage, this study uses the paradigm shift analysis framework to verify whether Cai instructional design, multimedia instructional design and information instructional design have migration. For the teaching design in the intelligent stage, this paper first expounds the inevitability of the paradigm shift of teaching design under the background of artificial intelligence from the aspects of the opportunities brought by artificial intelligence to education and teaching, the problems of the original information-based teaching design and the many challenges it faces. At last, the typical application cases under the guidance of intelligent instructional design paradigm are described in detail.

In recent years, green design has experienced rapid development, but also exposed a series of problems such as high cost, lack of humanization, low recycling rate and so on. For these drawbacks, designers have an unavoidable responsibility. This paper analyzes the existing problems in green design. From the change of design thinking, the eco-friendly design method is explored. In this paper, the design from material selection to production, and then to the recovery of the whole process of overall consideration, follow the principle of reduction, reuse, recycling. The content of visual communication design can be roughly classified. According to their own characteristics, the best design scheme is selected. Through the application of different media, replace the high pollution, high consumption of paper printing. It is proposed that the large-scale promotion of environmental protection materials can be realized by simplifying the quantity and types of materials. At the same time, this paper expounds the implementation method of green design education in art design education in Colleges and universities. This paper fully analyzes the purpose and value of green design education from the curriculum and content, teaching methods, the specific implementation of teaching effect evaluation and evaluation. The results show that promoting sustainable development of green education can cultivate students' creativity, innovation and creative ability. A perfect green design education system and a correct concept of ecological civilization can be established.

One-dimensional nanowire quantum devices and basic quantum logic AND and OR unit on hexagonal nanowire units controlled by wrap gate (WPG) were designed and fabricated on GaAs-based one-dimensional electron gas (1-DEG) regular nanowire network with hexagonal topology. These basic quantum logic units worked correctly at 35 K, and clear quantum conductance was achieved on the node device, logic AND circuit unit, and logic OR circuit unit. Binary-decision-diagram- (BDD-) based arithmetic logic unit (ALU) is realized on GaAs-based regular nanowire network with hexagonal topology by the same fabrication method as that of the quantum devices and basic circuits. This BDD-based ALU circuit worked correctly at room temperature. Since these quantum devices and circuits are basic units of the BDD ALU combinational circuit, the possibility of integrating these quantum devices and basic quantum circuits into the BDD-based quantum circuit with more complicated structures was discussed. We are prospecting the realization of quantum BDD combinational circuitries with very small of energy consumption and very high density of integration.
