Design and implementation of scalable GetFeasibility service to enhance Sensor Planning Service for earth observation task

Abstract: Sensor Planning Service (SPS) is a critical web service in Sensor Web, given its complexity of feasibility check. This paper is dedicated to design a scalable GetFeasibility service outside of the SPS to determine the feasibility of a plan with a certain theme regarding an earth observation satellite sensor.
