Abstract:A mid-infrared broadband thermal tunable absorption device based on phase change material VO2 is proposed. The device can cover the far infrared window, with an average absorption rate higher than 90%, and is polarization independent and insensitive to large incident angle.
A tunable bifunctional metasurface absorber based on vanadium dioxide (VO2) and photoconductive silicon (PSi) is proposed in terahertz (THz) band. When the conductivities of VO2 (vo2) and PSi (PSi) are...
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
