Designed synthesis of SiC nanowire-derived carbon with dual-scale nanostructures for supercapacitor applications

Abstract: A simple approach has been designed for the synthesis of mesoporous silicon carbide-derived carbon nanowires (SiC-CDC NWs) for supercapacitor applications.
