Designing a tool for cold knurling of fins

Abstract: Regulating the deformed metal's fl ow is an important condition for the knurling process. To achieve this, the knurling tool should have a special intake part, where all the main work of plastic deformation would be realized. Depending on the confi guration, the fi ns can be knurled in two ways: either by a radial feed of the tool or an axial feed of a billet (package of billets) or a tool. Using the radial feed method, most types of piece gear parts can be knurled using a more rational radial fl ow of the def… Show more

“…On the other hand, William et al [1], [12], [15] highlight that those buildings are responsible for consuming approximately 30.00% and 40.00% of global energy production, contributing to a considerable amount of greenhouse gas emissions, about 19.00%. Various strategies have been proposed in buildings to address this challenge, including energy, water, and material efficiency measures.…”

“…These studies were based on the assertion that, on the one hand, the formation of psychological defenses largely depends on the individual typological characteristics of a person, and on the other hand, behavioral stereotypical reactions to stress affect the process of character formation. Therefore, there must be a relationship between psychotypes and defense mechanisms (Olejnik et al, 2020). Unfortunately, despite the results obtained, scholars have not come to unequivocal conclusions about which defense mechanisms are preferred by certain psychotypes.…”

“…The biochars were produced from FFS and SS of WWTP, then were listed as BFFS and BSS, respectively. As processing of the wet residual sludge, it was placed in a convective dryer at 80°C for 12 hours, then the dried sludge was pyrolyzed in a 5 L capacity tubular reactor under limited oxygen conditions at 500°C for 1.5 h at a speed [20]. Then, the biochar produced was crushed and passed through a 20-mesh sieve.…”
