Designing Artificial Cognitive Architectures: Brain Inspired or Biologically Inspired?

Abstract: Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) were devised as a tool for Artificial Intelligence design implementations. However, it was soon became obvious that they are unable to fulfill their duties.
