The progress of information using websites is developing fast, impacting various sectors, one of which is pharmaceutical companies. Pharmaceutical companies have roles in drug manufacturing, pharmaceutical distribution, and essential services for the community-the most important and challenging activity in the IT department. The researcher is responsible for one of the Bandung pharmaceutical companies. Researchers are trading IT service managers for drug manufacturing, drug distribution, and community service units that have been conducted online. The company has an essential role in distributing drugs to pharmacists and hospitals during the pandemic at COVID-19. The use of the IDT (Innovation Diffusion Theory) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) models are used because, according to the agreement, TAM is a concept that researchers consider to be the best and suitable for viewing the user's use of IT systems. The study will try to convert these methods with TAM variables, such as Perception of Use, Perception of Ease of Use, Attitude Towards, and Behavior Intentions. Also, IDT variables such as Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability, Observability. This study's survey model is the SEM (Structural Equation Model) using a software application. The results showed the pharmaceutical company website could be well received at pharmacists and hospitals in Bandung. The experimental results get a hypothesis, such as finding a significant output. And with the results of this study, getting good results for the people around Bandung.

Mekarsari Village is one of the villages located in Cimaung District, Bandung Regency. This village already has plantations and quite a lot of agricultural products, especially coffee and secondary crops. The problem is, plantation processing is not easy. Farmers need expensive processing equipment, so intermediaries carry out coffee processing. Farmers only earn 1,000 rupiahs, but in fact, they can earn 10,000 rupiahs per kilogram of green coffee. Therefore, building connections between urban residents who need agricultural raw materials or farmers' plantations directly as investors is necessary. The solution given is a website-based BERTANI application to record agricultural products, farmer data used for farming. The method of making a website with a waterfall is still following the needs. The results from the data site can be used to pursue agricultural products and needs in urban areas to make appropriate and targeted technology applications. The activities carried out are (1) the preparation stage for making tools, (2) the implementation of application socialization, (3) application evaluation. The application results have been proven to positively impact the residents of the Mekarsari village because they can add to the data collection of village harvests. It is hoped that it can become a distributor in the future Mekarsari village and urban investors.

Whenever natural and human-made disasters strike, the proper response of the concerned authorities often relies on search and rescue services. Search and rescue services are complex multidisciplinary processes that involve several degrees of interdependent assignments. To handle such complexity, decision support systems are used for decision-making and execution of plans within search and rescue operations. Advances in data management solutions and artificial intelligence technologies have provided better opportunities to make more efficient and effective decisions that can lead to improved search and rescue operations. This paper provides findings from a bibliometric mapping and a systematic literature review performed to: (1) identify existing search and rescue processes that use decision support systems, data management solutions, and artificial intelligence technologies; (2) do a comprehensive analysis of existing solutions in terms of their research contributions to the investigated domain; and (3) investigate the potential for knowledge transfer between application areas. The main findings of this review are that non-conventional data management solutions are commonly used in land rescue operations and that geographical information systems have been integrated with various machine learning approaches for land rescue. However, there is a gap in the existing research on search and rescue decision support at sea, which can motivate future studies within this specific application area.
