Detecting and Isolating Mass Balance Errors in Reaction Based Models in Systems Biology

Abstract: Motivation:The growing complexity of reaction-based models necessitates early detection and resolution of model errors. This paper addresses mass balance errors, discrepancies between the mass of reactants and products in reaction specifications.
