Detection of Occult Lymph Node Metastases in Locally Advanced Node-Negative Prostate Cancer

Abstract: The detection of occult lymph node metastases in patients with pT3N0 prostate cancer identifies those with significantly increased risk of prostate cancer recurrence and death.
