In the current situation, the world is busy with technological advances, including Indonesia. Since its arrival, many business fields have competed with each other to take part as technology users. One business sector that cannot be separated from technological support is cooperatives. On the other hand, some cooperatives in the developing phase experience technological lag. At the same time, East Kutai Regency, which is the agricultural center in East Kalimantan Province, tends to rely on the cooperative sector to encourage small and medium-scale economies. This research aims to investigate the causality between access to computers (AC), internet networks (IN), digital administration skills (DAS), and financial literacy (FL) on profits (PFT). The objectivity of the study compares agricultural cooperatives that adopt technology with adopt non-technology. Using panel data regression from eighteen sub-districts in East Kutai, it is proven that technology adopting agricultural cooperatives were more prominent than non-technology adopting agricultural cooperatives during 2017–2022. However, there is a harmony in the statistical findings from both observations, where access to computers and financial literacy both have a significant effect on profits. Other analysis results show that internet networks and digital administration skills have an insignificant impact on profits. The study's implications provide valuable output for the future sustainability of agricultural cooperatives. The success of agricultural cooperatives depends greatly on the effectiveness of the application of technology.

One of the biggest challenges that Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) confront is coming up with the best business plan, which is made possible by a strong social media adoption of modern soft and hard skills. Due to the high rate of failures among SMEs, there has been a substantial investment in research to pinpoint the crucial elements that will ultimately lead to a more successful journey. Several models have also been developed to evaluate the profound impact of the social media manager. However, there is a gap in determining how prepared an SME is to successfully boost performance, and the gap is considerably larger when considering it from the perspective of the absence of intervention from social media managers skills (SMM). The current research suggests a model for evaluating such readiness by interrogating SMM skills. In order to help SMEs to better grasp the foundations that must be laid in order to successfully enhance performance, organisational readiness is introduced as a mediator. From the viewpoint of an employee, this paper suggests a model to position the role of SMEs for upcoming challenges. The organisational readiness evaluation seeks to give SMEs in regional Australia a better understanding of the foundations that must be laid in order to successfully achieve the required increase in performance for SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of social and political capital on the sustainability of MSMEs in the Era of Economic and Digital Disruption. The technique in this exploration utilizes a blended strategy research approach, in particular a mix of subjective and quantitative. It is hoped that the existing hypotheses can work in conjunction with one another by employing a combined approach. Qualitative methods always employ scientific logic, whereas quantitative methods always place an emphasis on process analysis of inductive thinking processes related to the dynamics of relationships between observed phenomena. The stages are: (1). Observing social phenomena, identifying, revising, and re-checking existing data; (2). Categorize the information obtained; (3). Tracing and explaining categorization; (4). Explain the categorization relationship; (5). Draw general conclusions; (6). Building or explaining a theory. The population in this study was all cooperatives, MSME centers, MSME clusters, and MSME groups that had digitized in facing the era of economic and digital disruption. The population is 380 MSMEs. Using the Slovin formula, then, a total of 192 MSMEs were sampled with various business backgrounds. The results of this study are: (1) that MSMEs use social capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with cooperatives as an intervening variable that have a significant positive effect; (2) that MSMEs use social capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with MSME centers as an intervening variable has a significant positive effect; (3) that MSMEs use social capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with the MSME Cluster as an intervening variable have no significant positive effect; (4) that MSME uses social capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with the MSME group as a variable intervening No significant positive effect; (5) that MSMEs use political capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with cooperatives as an intervening variable No significant positive effect; (6) that MSMEs use political capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with MSME centers as the intervening variable has a significant positive effect; (7) that MSMEs use political capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with the MSME cluster as an intervening variable have no significant positive effect; (8) that MSMEs use political capital in facing the era of economic and digital disruption with MSMEs groups as an intervening variable have a significant positive effect. This study concludes that social and political capital has an important role in the sustainability of MSMEs in the Era of Economic and Digital Disruption, especially in cooperatives, MSME centers, MSME clusters, and MSME groups.
