Determination of Knowledge Sharing as a Mediator for Workforce Agility on the Individual Innovation Capability of Professional Assistants Village in Kediri Regency

Abstract: The aim of this research is to describe the role of knowledge sharing in mediating workforce agility on individual innovation capability. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 73 respondents was taken in proportion. Data collection was done using a survey method, and data analysis techniques used inferential statistics through SEM-PLS.
