Determination of surface coverage for tetraphenylporphyrin monolayers using ultraviolet visible absorption and x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies

Abstract: The surface coverage of thiolated tetraphenylporphyrin derivatives assembled on gold has been determined using ultraviolet/visible absorption spectroscopy (UV/Vis) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
