Determining the Attitudes of Nurses Working in a Private Hospital Group Towards the Employment of Internationally Educated Nurses

Abstract: ÖzAmaç: Bu araştırmada, özel bir hastane grubunda çalışan hemşirelerin uluslararası eğitimli hemşire istihdamına yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı-kesitsel nitelikteki araştırma, İstanbul'da bir vakıf üniversitesine bağlı dört özel hastanede çalışan 544 hemşirenin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.
