Developing a Sustainable Community via Community Enterprise: Approaches and Case Studies in Thailand

Abstract: This action research project started from an analysis of the competitiveness potential of community enterprises based on Porter's Diamond Model. The SWOT analysis and TOWS Matrix are employed to determine the development plans including strategies, programmes, and details of various projects for all targeted enterprises in the five Southern border provinces of Thailand.
