Abstract:Objectives: Collecting skeletal measurements from medical imaging databases remains a tedious task, limiting the research utility of biobank-level data. Here we present an automated phenotyping pipeline for obtaining skeletal measurements from DXA scans and compare its performance to manually collected measurements.
