This paper constructs and applies a university student sports health management system through the theory of integrated regional collaborative medical care and distributed computing technology. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation and problems of cross-regional medical care, the root causes, and the corresponding business scenarios, reflecting the development trend of cross-regional medical care, in the light of the current practical needs of cross-regional medical care. In response to the strong demand for cross-regional medical care, this paper gives the overall design of the distributed computing system, for the deployment and architecture of the cross-regional platform; the registration of cross-regional patients, regional platforms, and health events and documents; and data exchange, service integration, and process integration, etc. The corresponding design is given. The research was conducted on several medical institutions to refine the functional requirements for the construction of the regional collaborative medical platform, and the requirements were analyzed to present the research results of the collaborative medical project. Based on this, requirements were made for the preparation of the project construction data center and medical institutions, and the remote consultation and two-way referral modules of the distributed collaborative medical platform were designed, which are processed and analyzed through a system composed of multiple servers. The results are returned to the user, and the design results were tested for functionality, compatibility, security, and other usability tests. The necessity and feasibility of the college physical health test data platform were analyzed. Students have various needs for physical test data management, the necessity of designing the college physical health test data platform, and the feasibility of the college physical health test data platform in terms of technical means, theoretical basis, and social environment.

Background: Healthcare management and control have been essential to any economy and a concern for most nations. Health care being in the service industry gives another challenge as they are inseparable from the service providers. As a result, a significant focus should be made on the management and control of healthcare. A study is necessary to establish how such practices influence service delivery within the healthcare industry. Objective: To show the influence of health care management and control on the service delivery in the health sector and to establish the impact of health care management system on the delivery of health services, find out the extent to which health leadership has influenced service delivery in the health industry and to establish the existence of healthcare control practices in the health industry and their impact on service delivery. Methods: The general information questionnaire, interviews patient's satisfaction scale, and the hospital performance index were investigated by interviewing 42 healthcare workers working in Oklahoma hospitals. The study utilized a combination of data collection instruments, questionnaires, and interviews for primary data collection and a cross-sectional survey for secondary data from healthcare records within the healthcare facilities. The research adopted a descriptive statistics methodology for data analysis. The study tested the validity of data collected and reset test for omitted variables and simple correlation analysis. Results: effective healthcare management yields reasonable patient satisfaction and ignites motivation among healthcare workers. Additionally, quality service delivery is a function of proper healthcare management systems. Although it is impossible to measure effective management through observation, the testimonies and satisfaction levels among the nurses and the patients communicate accurately.

Critical Synthesis Toward Transformative Collaboration: A Dialectical Analysis of Functionalist and Critical Paradigms

Social workers are required to become effective boundary spanners to address complex social problems with community-based and cross-system collaboration. However, substantial tensions exist in the literature about how to build successful collaboration, stemming from the massive use of the two competing paradigms: functionalist and critical paradigms. Using a dialectical analysis, this article attempted to uncover and synthesize paradoxical understandings of the major elements of successful collaboration. Significant contradictions between the two contrasting paradigms are identified at the multidimensional levels, including (1) member capacity for developing objective/consensus knowledge vs. subjective/dissensus knowledge, (2) unity vs. diversity in membership, (3) centralized vs. decentralized network governance, and (4) stable/standardized vs. flexible/responsive coordination. The results suggest that there is no consensual approach to developing transformative collaboration that promotes members’ critical capacity, equal relations, democratic governance, and empowering coordination. Social workers should identify and utilize inherent contradictions as a catalyst for developing and maintaining transformative collaboration by considering its dynamic process, context, and interconnection with other systems.
