Developing magnetic sensor for spool-sleeve displacement of hydrostatic steering unit

Abstract: This paper presents a critical review of the development process of two angular sensor solutions utilizing magnetic sensing. The objective is to accurately measure the rotational valve opening in a Orbital Steering Power Unit (OSP), which determines the flow rate of oil required for steering power.
