Abstract:Active compounds were usually incorporated into biopolymer films to enhance their properties. The tensile strength (TS) and elongation at break (EAB) of the gelatin composite films increased along with the addition of ε‐polylysine (ε‐PL) and zinc oxide nanoparticles (nano‐ZnO).
