Development and external validation of a prognostic model for occult atrial fibrillation in patients with ischemic stroke

Abstract: ObjectiveCurrently, the risk of occult atrial fibrillation (AF) could not be predicted in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) using a simple scoring system.
