Abstract:Objective: This study aimed to develop and optimize a nanosuspension of Dolutegravir, an integrase inhibitor with low aqueous solubility, using the sonoprecipitation technique. The objective was to enhance the drug's solubility and oral bioavailability by preparing nanosuspension.
