Today, data analytics plays an important role in Smart Manufacturing decision making. Domain knowledge is very important to support the development of analytics models. However, in today's data analytics projects, domain knowledge is only documented, but not properly captured and integrated with analytics models. This raises problems in interoperability and traceability of the relevant domain knowledge that is used to develop analytics models. To address these problems, this paper proposes a methodology to enrich analytics models with domain knowledge. To illustrate the proposed methodology, a case study is introduced to demonstrate the utilization of the enriched analytics model to support the development of a Bayesian Network model. The case study shows that the utilization of an enriched analytics model improves the efficiency in developing the Bayesian Network model.

The first purpose of this study calculated the sustainability index of economic, environmental, social criteria and the sustainability index of the whole manufacturing process conducted by CV. Indo Jati Utama (a wood processing manufacturer in Semarang that sells its products on an export scale). The second purpose of this study calculated the performance importance index of each indicator in each criterion. The last purpose of this study proposed some recommendations to increase the sustainability of the manufacturing process at CV Indo Jati Utama. This study uses the multi-grade fuzzy (MGF) method to calculate sustainability and performance importance index. This study used primary data, collected using questionnaires from five experts (General Manager, Department Head of Marketing, Department Head of Finance, Department Head of Production Planning and Inventory Control, and Department Head of Human Resource). The result of data processing indicated that the sustainability index of economic, environmental, and social and the whole manufacturing production process was 7.48, 7.60, 7.60, and 7.50 successively. Moreover, the result of data processing also indicated that the enterprise should increase the performance of five indicators to get more sustainable, namely, flexibility to change, environmental management, green image, employee compensation practices, and employee career development program.

The article focuses on one of the current problems of manufacturing systems which consist of individual machines equipped with dedicated tools that are replaced when they are worn out. It is assumed that the machines are located within the reach of the robotic arm which carries out transport operations of semifinished products to designated production machines and storage containers in accordance with the production time period. The aim is to find such an arrangement of production activities, respectively, production paths for a given set of orders that will be effective from the time and cost point of view. Moreover, the whole issue is solved with regard to possible failures of individual stands, overfilling of some tanks, etc. The theory and practice of creating and using simulators as tools for the definition and verification of production plans are used to solve this issue. The starting point is the creation of a mathematical simulation model with the necessary but acceptable degree of simplification. The mathematical simulation model is tested on sample data in a feasibility study to perform a detailed usability analysis of the model. The output of the article is a simulation model for which, based on the analysis of simulation results, patterns of possible use in specific types of enterprises are given.
