Development of a Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification Assay for Rapid and sensitive Detection of Hemileia vastatrix in Coffee

Abstract: Coffee leaf rust (CLR) caused by Hemileia vastatrix is a worldwide devastating disease. Early monitoring is crucial for controlling CLR quickly and efficiently.
