Development of a new centralized data acquisition system for seismic exploration

Abstract: Abstract. Seismic exploration equipment has developed rapidly over the past few decades. One such piece of equipment is a centralized seismograph, which plays an important role in engineering, so improving its performance is of great scientific significance. In this research, the core part of general seismic-data acquisition devices is packaged to develop a centralized seismic-data acquisition system (named CUGB-CS48DAS) that has independent operating ability and high scalability, which can be used for… Show more

“…The development of such seismographs is strongly connected with the continuous advances in seismic-data acquisition methods, together with many other technologies. These technologies may include; the progress in electronic technologies [7], seismic exploration updates, intelligent control, computer science, network topologies [8], Internet of Things (IoT) [9], signal processing [10], and many other disciplines [11][12].…”

“…The ambiguity problem of a single geophysical exploration method has always been a tricky problem in geophysical prospecting (Guo et al, 2020). Multi-method joint exploration has then become popular since it remains the advantages of different geophysical methods while reducing ambiguity problems.…”
