Abstract:Chrysin, a naturally occurring flavone, extracted from traditional Chinese herbs and abundantly found in propolis has been known to exhibit a wide range of biological activities, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic, anti-hypertensive, anti-diabetic, and anti-tumour activities.
