Development of a Reference Device for the Calibration of Optical One-Shot Time-Interval Measurements

Abstract: This paper presents the development of a device that creates two or more light pulses with a precision time delay in a range from microseconds to several seconds and for the purpose of the calibration of velocity of detonation (VOD) measurement instruments.
