Development of compression algorithms for hyperspectral aerospace images based on discrete orthogonal transformations

Abstract: The paper describes the development of compression algorithms for hyperspectral aerospace images based on discrete orthogonal transformations for the purpose of subsequent compression in Earth remote sensing systems.
