Development of Embedded Boot Software for a Satellite Instrument Control Unit: Lessons Learned

Abstract: A satellite spacecraft is generally composed of a central Control and Data Management Unit (CDMU) and several instruments, each one locally controlled by its Instrument Control Unit (ICU).
