Abstract:Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography combined with photodiode array (HPLC-PDA) detector method was developed for simultaneous determination of two binary antihypertensive combinations; either Nebivolol (NEB) with Hydrochlorothiazide (HCZ) or with Valsartan (VAL) in pharmaceutical formulation and spiked human plasma.
