Abstract: Seronegative autoimmune encephalitis (AE) is a rare, immune-mediated inflammatory syndrome that presents with a wide spectrum of neuropsychiatric symptoms, such as cognitive impairment, seizures, psychosis, focal neurological defects, and altered consciousness.
