Diagnostic, Therapeutic and Evolutionary Problems of Retro-Rectal Tumors (About 3 Cases)

Abstract: Retro-rectal tumors are asymptomatic in most cases. Rarely they manifest as a rectal syndrome as in the case of our patients, or as a result of superinfection or malignant degeneration. Positive diagnosis is based on digital rectal examination, rectoscopy, echo-endoscopy and especially pelvic MRI and CT scan.
