Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the differential diagnosis value of routine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in hyperacute intracranial hemorrhage (HICH) and hyperacute cerebral infarction (HCI).
