Abstract:Unilateral diaphragmatic paralysis (UDP) is a frequent complication following cardiac surgery, usually affecting the left hemidiaphragm. Here, we present a case of a right-sided UDP following endoscopic coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), which is far more uncommon.
