Abstract:Die Synthese der Polymeren (Pro‐Glu(OH)‐Gly‐Pro‐Ala‐Gly)n (37b), (Gly‐Pro‐Glu(OH)‐Gly‐Pro‐Pro)n (38b) und (Pro‐Glu(OH)‐Gly‐Pro‐Glu(OH)‐Gly)n (39b) wird beschrieben. Die Oligomeren mit n = 2−6 konnten säulenchromatographisch isoliert werden. Die Konformationsuntersuchung dieser Polymeren mit Hilfe der Temperaturabhängigkeit des Circulardichroismus deutet auf eine kollagenanaloge Struktur für die Polymeren 37b und 38b in Lösung.
