Dietary Nitrate Ingestion Does Not Improve Neuromuscular Performance in Male Sport Climbers

Abstract: Beetroot juice (BJ) is commonly used as an ergogenic aid in endurance and team sports, however, the effect of this supplement on climbing performance is barely studied.
