Abstract:This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of dietary assessment in hemodialysis patients by comparing the nutrition intake estimated from two food record forms with the actual nutrition intake. Thirty-nine outpatients receiving stable maintenance hemodialysis in Japan were analyzed.
