Abstract: Percentages are rounded. a Education level is stratified into three groups for participants who received a high school education or below (high school), some college or a college degree (college), and a graduate level education and above (graduate). b Income calculated as a percentage of the poverty line, grouped into the categories of low income (<200% of the poverty line), middle income (200-399%), and high income (>399%).
