Abstract:Background
Multiple system atrophy-cerebellar type (MSA-C) exhibits faster disease progression than hereditary spinocerebellar degeneration (hSCD). This study aimed to investigate the differences in the treatment effects and sustainability of intensive rehabilitation between patients with hSCD and those with MSA-C.
