Different Plant Growth Regulators on Improvement of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)

Abstract: The study compared the effects of MS medium containing 0.1 mg L -1 gibberellic acid (GA3) and α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) in combination with 2.0 mg L -1 of kinetin (KIN), 2.0 mg L -1 of benzyl aminopurine (BAP), 1.0 mg L -1 of zeatine riboside (ZR), and 0.5 mg L -1 of jasmonic acid (JA) for the micropropagation development of three potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars namely Caspar, Granola and Pasinler-92 using binodal stem explants.
