Differential Assembly of Catalytic Interactions within the Conserved Active Sites of Two Ribozymes

Abstract: Molecular recognition is central to biology and a critical aspect of RNA function. Yet structured RNAs typically lack the preorganization needed for strong binding and precise positioning.
