Differential Leukocyte and Platelet Counts as Early Diagnostic Indicators in Acute Dengue Infection

Abstract: Introduction: Dengue is an epidemic in Pakistan. Proper monitoring of dengue cases is necessary for its early diagnosis and prevention, especially in developing countries with limited resources.
