Abstract:Quantifying the level of robustness of neurons in ion channel knock-out (KO) mice depends on how exhaustively electrical phenotype is assessed. We characterized the variations in behavior and electrical phenotype of substantia nigra pars compacta (SNc) dopaminergic neurons in SK3 and Kv4.3 potassium channel KOs.
